GMN Tri-County High Speed Wireless Broadband is federally funded by the USDA Rural Utility Service.

Guernsey, Monroe, Noble Tri-County Community Action is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Corporation established
in 1965! GMN has a 1,500 sq mile service area, owns or leases 14 facilities, has a labor force of over 400
employees who operate 56 programs from Dental Clinics to Senior Centers.

GMN is the first and only community action in the United States to be awarded a Broadband Connectivity Grant.

We are well rooted in our communities and are here to serve you.

In addition to wireless Broadband service we offer a new Video Conferencing Center equipped with 26
computer stations, where college accredited courses will be offered.
