1. Click "Start" highlight "Settings" and "Control Panel"
2. Click "Control Panel" "Then double click "Network"
3. Highlight "TCP/IP" Ethernet adapter and click "Properties"
Note** The name of your ethernet adapter will vary by model
4. Click the "IP Address" tab
5. Check the "Obtain an IP address automatically" button
6. Click the "DNS Configuration" tab
7. Check the "Disable DNS" button
8. Click the "Gateway" tab
9. If there are numbers in the "Installed Gateways" box
Highlight the numbers and click "Remove
8. Click "OK"
9. Click "OK"
10. Restart your computer
